The NCAE experience

I know that the thought of NCAE bores you right? It simply is a test to assess students and uhm...yeah its boring and kind of easy but the whole experience is worth noting. After all,it is a once in a lifetime experience!

I headed towards school at exactly 7:10 am. I'm still sleepy and just dragged myself through there. After the flag ceremony, I still have to find my examination room so I had to walk around. Our school is kind of having a little ruckus since things weren't organized as they should be.The underclassmen have classes (they shouldn't have) and some of their classrooms were used for the examination so where will they stay?

It was about 8 am when the room opened up.The proctor had to arrange us alphabetically. The test booklet and answer sheets were distributed and uhm the exams were easy except for the clearical and mechanical part.

I finished the exams 1 hour and a half earlier. I went to the food court just to check out if my classmates were there. They were all surprised that I finished earlier while they still have four tests to go.

I KNOW...THIS IS BORING.HAHA

NCAE on tuesday

National Career Assessment Examination will be held on Tuesday August 28. NCAE will be taken up by High School seniors to assess them with the right program for them to take up in Tertiary Education.

I don't think there is much use of it since applications to some schools are over.Oh well, I guess it's better late than never; we can choose to shift courses and delay our college graduation that leads to lesser graduates-lesser statistical burden to the government.. Lesser fresh graduates-lesser jobless people with diploma.

They could have implemented this on junior students so that they could get the results earlier and could have guided them for college application.

*Sigh* I guess our government will stay like this.ALWAYS LATE

and by the way,Whats the use of NCAE when everybody's gonna take up Nursing anyway?

The End of The 1st Quarter

Some schools call it quarter, some period but whatever we want to call it- the first one is over! One down three to go.

Despite the issues, I'm glad that I'm finally over it with dignity. Having 80 as my lowest grade - I still feel dignified...Haha. I'm starting to count months until graduation and hoping to get my grades higher the next time. Oh well I'm still hoping to get into UST or DLSU and try to be optimistic even though my grades are considered as uhm... mediocre. I'll look for motivation for me to study harder and review for upcoming entrance exams.

When it comes to friendship, I exactly have what I'm thinking of last June. Having most of my relationships lie low , I think it is worth it and thinking that I would leave behind just a few worth keeping people. I choose to choose my friends now and I choose to trust only a few people and to be less hurt during the graduation. As what Ate Pat said, cherish what you have to cherish don't force yourself to like people.

I don't feel like posting my grades even though I still think that they are dignified.I'll try to improve my performance in the second quarter and perhaps write a more interesting post next time. See yah!
